About us
Financial support centered on dignity
We help households understand available assistance, eligibility requirements, and their next practical step.
Our approach
Philanthropic NovaAssist Support provides a clear starting point for households seeking financial help and practical community resources.
So we built our organization around navigation. One intake conversation, one point of contact, and a direct line to the programs and partners that fit a household's situation.
We are an independent organization. We do not represent any government agency, and we do not claim accreditation or registration status.

What guides our work
Dignity first
People arrive with their own plan. Our job is to remove obstacles, not to rewrite their choices.
Plain answers
We explain what we can and can't do up front, including wait times and program limits.
Local partnership
We work with pantries, schools, clinics, and faith groups already trusted in the neighborhood.
Careful stewardship
Donated funds go to program delivery, and we document how each program is staffed and run.
