Share household details only with the staff and partners directly involved in that case.

Pair immediate relief with skills, referrals, and follow-up so progress holds.
What we commit to
- We tell you within two business days whether a program can serve you.
- We never charge households for intake, navigation, or program participation.
- We state plainly when a need falls outside what we can provide, and name another option.
- We only publish numbers and stories we can verify with our own records or written consent.
