We report what we can verify

Rather than publishing impressive-looking figures we can't stand behind, this page explains exactly how our results are measured.

What we track

Four measures drive our planning. Each is collected by staff at the moment it happens, which keeps our records close to what actually occurred on the ground.

Service visits

Counted at the point of service by staff on duty, reviewed at the end of each quarter.

Volunteer hours

Logged on-site at check-in and check-out for every distribution, tutoring block, and service day.

Partner referrals

Recorded when a partner confirms the household made contact, not when the referral is sent.

Follow-up outcomes

A short check-in 30 days later, with the household's permission, to see whether the help held.

Stories and testimonials

We publish participant stories only with written consent from the person telling them. No testimonials are shown on this site yet. When consented stories are available, they will appear here with the first name and city of the person who shared them.

Quarterly service summaries are shared with partners and donors on request. Reach out and we will send the most recent figures we have confirmed.
